About Chef TESHI:
Born in Japan, he performs French cuisine with a distinctively pure, minimalist style. He shuns heavy sauces and seasoning, to concentrate on the quality of the product itself and on techniques that preserve it in an optimal way.
Having spent many years studying from the best French chefs, including at Les Berceaux ** and with Alain Senderens (three stars for 28 years) at Lucas Carton, he opened his own restaurant, Pages, in 2014 in Paris. Within two years he was awarded a Michelin star, a well-deserved recognition for this creator, beyond cuisine, of wholesome experiences.
